1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a trip or using Vellora Escapes services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit. Final payment is due as per the schedule provided in your booking confirmation. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
3. Travel Documents
Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents. Vellora Escapes provides guidance but is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.
4. Health and Safety
Clients must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to travel. Vellora Escapes reserves the right to decline a booking if we believe travel would pose a health or safety risk.
5. Liability
Vellora Escapes acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. We are not responsible for losses caused by force majeure events.
6. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances. Any significant changes will be communicated promptly and alternatives will be offered.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
