How do I book a trip with Vellora Escapes?

Is there a booking fee or consultation charge?
No. Consultation, itinerary design, and planning are all complimentary. You only pay when you confirm your booking.
What's included in the trip price?
This varies by package. Most of our packages include flights, accommodation, airport transfers, guided experiences, and daily breakfast. All inclusions are clearly listed in your personalised quote.
Can I customise a trip?
Absolutely — all our trips are customisable. Tell us your preferences, dietary requirements, pace, interests, and budget, and we'll build around them.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, and cheque. For corporate clients, we issue GST-compliant invoices with 30-day payment terms available.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 30+ days before departure receive a full refund minus processing fees. Within 30 days, partial refunds apply depending on vendor policies. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
Do you offer travel insurance?
Yes. We strongly recommend travel insurance and can help arrange comprehensive coverage for your trip including medical, baggage, and cancellation cover.
Are you a registered travel company?
