Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by the Client
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to hello@velloraescapes.com. The following refund schedule applies based on days before departure: • 60+ days: 90% refund (10% processing fee retained) • 31–59 days: 70% refund • 15–30 days: 50% refund • 8–14 days: 25% refund • 0–7 days: No refund (full amount forfeited) Note: Airline tickets and hotel deposits are subject to individual vendor cancellation policies which may differ from the above.
2. Cancellation by Vellora Escapes
In the unlikely event that Vellora Escapes must cancel your trip due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, force majeure), you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, or the option to rebook at no additional cost.
3. Amendments and Changes
Date changes or itinerary modifications requested 30+ days before departure will be accommodated where possible with no change fee. Modifications within 30 days are subject to vendor change fees and availability.
4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation cover. Vellora Escapes is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our control. Travel insurance can be arranged through us at the time of booking.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account.
6. Disputes
Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds should be addressed in writing to hello@velloraescapes.com. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly.
